The best way to insure satisfaction is to have clearly defined expectations. That’s why we’ve developed our own process for delivering work that is on point! You know… so you don’t have to worry about issues like budget and schedules. You could say we have our very own flow… it’s our SVM work flow.

Step One

This is the part we love. We get to listen to you, determine what it is you want and help provide a solution to your problem.  

Here is how it works.

  • We meet with you or review your RFP/RFQ to get a clear understanding of the project scope and objective.  
  • From there we will assign an Account Manager to address your every need. If you thought service was good at the Waldorf, then you should just sign up with us now.
  • Submit proposal and revise as needed until we meet your requirements.

Step Two

Einstein once said that if he were given 20 days to solve a problem, he would spend 19 days defining the problem.

This is how we approach the first phase of the project. It’s about getting to know the situation and competitive landscape before developing a solution. We want to learn about you, we will immerse ourselves in your company. We will learn about your audience, evaluate market conditions, identify key messaging and analyze key brand strategy and execution. We will become one with your competitive landscape.

Step Three

In this phase we refine while exploring a variety of options to ultimately determine a final approach. In most cases this process includes up to three rounds of presentations.

Round 1: Conceptual = This entails 2-3 different directions and gives us and our clients an opportunity to consider a variety of options.

Round 2: We then evaluate these options with our clients, and select a concept to develop further.

Round 3: Once we have determined a direction, we apply that approach to the deliverables within the defined scope of work.

To help keep everyone’s expectations in line all details will be fine tuned prior to moving onto production.  

Step Four

In this final phase we manage the production of all deliverables for the assignment. This phase consists of working in conjunction with everyone involved in the project (i.e. photographers, writers, printers, fabricators, programmers, etc.) SVM provides a turnkey vendor selection and management service to ensure that the deliverables meet the objectives and requirements and above all else our high standards.

Don’t fret if it sounds like we are leaving you out of this phase of the project. Your account manager will be with you every step of the way ensuring that you are signing off throughout the production process.

 

Step Five

We really do want to know! Our goal with every project is to exceed expectations and we hope by doing this it will foster a long term relationship. Because of this we turn to you to help evaluate our performance. Your account manager will provide you with a survey or conduct a performance assessment interview we will use to continually improve our service.
